How Reflective Stickers Work
Reflective stickers are made from retroreflective film. Instead of scattering light, the film sends it back towards where it came from, so the sticker looks bright to a driver behind headlights or a person holding a flashlight, even when it looks ordinary in daylight.
We print your logo, company name, numbers or safety text on reflective film and cut each sticker to shape. Contractors and utility companies put them on hard hats so crews can be seen and identified at night; fire departments use them on helmets; fleets and rental companies use them on vehicles, trailers and equipment; cycling and motorcycle brands use them on bikes and helmets.
Tell us where the sticker will go and how it will be used. A curved helmet, a flat trailer panel and a bike frame each need a different size and shape, and stickers that stay outdoors need waterproof film and strong adhesive. Every order starts with a free digital proof showing the size, colours and cut line.
Some vehicle and safety uses are regulated, for example conspicuity markings on trailers or high-visibility requirements for workwear and helmets. Those need certified material of a specific grade. We print reflective stickers to your design, but we do not certify them against a road-safety or PPE standard; please confirm the required grade with your compliance advisor.
