- Send your briefLabel size, container, material or finish, quantity per design and your artwork, logo or a reference photo.Reply within 12 hours
- Approve a free design proofWe check your artwork and send a proof with size, die-line and finish marked. Nothing is printed until you approve it.Free on every order
- Sample, if you need oneFor a new material or finish, we print a physical sample so you can test it on your container. Samples are quoted with your order.5–7 working days
- Production and QCYour labels are printed, finished and inspected in our own Shenzhen factory, with QC on every order before shipment.7–14 working days after proof approval
- Shipping and reordersWorldwide delivery by DHL, FedEx or UPS with tracking. Reorders reuse your approved files.See shipping details

What to Send With Your Brief
- Container type and size, for example a 10 ml vial or 60 ml round bottle
- Label size, or the area available on the container
- Material and finish, if you know them; otherwise tell us how the product is stored and used
- Quantity per design and number of designs
- Artwork, logo or a reference photo. A rough sketch is enough to start the proof.
- Rolls or sheets, and whether labels are applied by hand or by machine
