1. About Us

CSticker is a factory-direct manufacturer of custom printed labels and stickers. Your labels are printed, finished and inspected in our own factory in Shenzhen, part of a Shenzhen manufacturing group operating since 2010, and international contracts and invoicing are handled by our affiliated Hong Kong company. We specialize in custom label and sticker production for businesses worldwide, offering factory-direct pricing and quality manufacturing.

2. Custom Manufacturing and Tolerances

All products are custom-manufactured to your specifications. Minor variations in color, finish, and dimensions within normal manufacturing tolerance are not considered defects and are inherent to the custom manufacturing process. These may include:

Slight color variations due to ink mixing, substrate differences, and printing conditions
Minor dimensional tolerances (typically ±2mm on length/width)
Finish variations in gloss, matte, or specialty coatings
Die-cut edge variations within industry standards

If you have specific tolerance requirements, please communicate these in your quote request or order notes.

3. Quotes and Validity

All quotes provided by CSticker are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After 30 days, material costs, labor rates, or production schedules may change, and a new quote may be required. Quotes are estimates only and do not constitute a binding contract until you accept the quote and we confirm your order in writing.

4. Artwork Approval and Production

Production of your custom labels or stickers begins only after you have approved a written proof and provided written approval to proceed. You are responsible for:

The accuracy of all approved artwork, including spelling, layout, colors, and design elements
The accuracy and legal compliance of all label content, including any regulatory information, ingredient lists, dosage instructions, warning labels, or other legally required disclosures
Ensuring your labels comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your target market
Verifying that all third-party content (images, fonts, logos) is properly licensed or owned by you

Once production begins, changes to artwork or specifications may incur additional fees or delays. We are not responsible for errors in content that you have approved.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in USD and exclude shipping, duties, taxes, and other applicable fees unless otherwise stated in writing. Payment terms are as follows:

A deposit or full payment may be required before production begins
Payment must be received before we begin manufacturing your order
We accept payment via the methods displayed on our website
By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method

Prices are subject to change without notice. We will provide you with a final quote before processing your order.

6. Intellectual Property — Your Artwork

By submitting any logo, artwork, design, or content to CSticker, you confirm and warrant that:

You own all rights to the artwork or have obtained written permission from the copyright holder
The artwork does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, or patents
You are solely responsible for any third-party intellectual property claims related to your artwork

You retain all ownership rights to your original artwork. By submitting your designs to us, you grant CSticker a limited license to use, reproduce, and modify your designs solely for the purpose of manufacturing and delivering your order.

We reserve the right to decline any order if we reasonably believe the artwork infringes upon third-party trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights.

7. Regulatory Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your product labels comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in your target market. This includes but is not limited to:

FDA, FTC, or other regulatory body requirements (for food, supplements, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, etc.)
Ingredient disclosure and allergen warnings
Dosage, usage, and safety information
Nutritional facts and labeling requirements
Language and translation requirements
Country-specific labeling laws and standards

CSticker provides manufacturing services only and does not provide legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. You must consult with legal and regulatory experts in your jurisdiction to ensure compliance. We are not liable for any regulatory violations or fines resulting from non-compliant label content.

8. Our Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design elements, is the property of CSticker or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not:

Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell any portion of our website or services
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
Transmit viruses, malware, or any code of destructive nature
Engage in any form of harassment, abuse, or illegal activity
Infringe upon our intellectual property rights

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs are provided at checkout and are estimates only. CSticker is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control. 11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CSticker's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms, your use of our website, or any product or service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order or product.

CSticker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity
Loss of data or business interruption
Damage to your devices or systems
Reputational harm or brand damage
Any other indirect or consequential damages

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. CSticker makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the website, services, or products, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CSticker and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our website, violation of these Terms, infringement of any intellectual property rights, or non-compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
