Sticker Artwork Checklist: What to Send for Custom Stickers

A complete brief means a faster, more accurate proof. Send what you have and we will tell you what is missing. Every order starts with a free digital proof, so nothing is printed until you approve it.

1. Send your artwork

Vector files (AI, PDF or SVG) with text converted to outlines give the sharpest result. A high-resolution image can also work; tell us if you want us to prepare the file for you.

2. Give the size

Stickers are made to any custom size. Give the finished width and height, or the size of the surface the sticker must fit.

3. Choose the cut

Cut	Best for
Die-cut	A single shaped sticker cut through the vinyl and backing — logos, product decals, laptop stickers
Kiss-cut	Several designs on one backing sheet, peeled off one by one — sticker sheets, multi-packs, giveaways

4. Choose the material and finish

Materials include waterproof vinyl, PET and PP. Finishes include matte, gloss, holographic and foil. If the sticker will face water, oil, alcohol or cold, see our label materials guide.

5. Choose the format

Stickers can be supplied on rolls, on sheets or as single die-cut stickers. Rolls suit hand or machine application; see Roll Label Specifications.

6. Approve the proof

We send a free digital proof showing the artwork, size and cut line. Production starts after you approve it, and colors and the cut are checked against the approved proof.
