What dimensions should I send for a vial label?

Send the vial diameter, straight-wall label height and desired gap or overlap, plus a photo or drawing. Nominal capacity alone does not determine the label size. We review the dimensions against your container and artwork.

What's the minimum order quantity?

You can start from 100 pcs per design. Unit price drops significantly at 500 pcs and again at 1,000+ pcs, so tell us your quantity range and we will quote the options side by side.

Can you print 3ml, 5ml and 10ml vial sizes?

Yes. We print labels sized for 3ml, 5ml and 10ml vials, as well as 2ml, 15ml and 30ml sizes. Custom vial dimensions and die-cut shapes are available on request.

Can the label withstand cold storage or alcohol wipes?

Specify the storage temperature, condensation exposure, wiping liquid and cleaning frequency. The film, adhesive and print protection must be reviewed together for those conditions. Confirm the selected construction on your actual vial before production.

Do you provide a free design proof?

Yes. We provide a free digital design proof for approval before production, so you can confirm size, layout, text and finish before any labels are printed.

What file format should I send?

Vector artwork gives the sharpest result — send AI, EPS or PDF with fonts outlined. High-resolution PNG (300 DPI) is also acceptable. We will review your file and confirm it is print-ready, or adjust it as part of your free proof.
