Labels for Every Part of the Candle
A candle usually needs more than one label: a front label with your brand and scent, a base or back label with the burning instructions and warnings, and often a lid label or box seal. We print all of them in one order so the set matches.
Clear labels are popular for glass candle jars because the wax colour shows through around the artwork. Kraft paper gives a natural, handmade look, and gold foil or embossing lifts a luxury range or gift set.
Candle jars get warm while the candle burns, and the label sits on the outside of the jar. Tell us the jar material and how close the label will be to the top rim, and we suggest the material and adhesive. Because burn conditions vary with wick and wax, we recommend testing a few labels on a burning candle before a large run.
Warning text is small and has to stay readable. We print fine text sharply on the base label. The wording itself, such as fire safety warnings, is your responsibility to check for each market; we print the text you approve on the proof.
