Sized to Your Tube
Lip balm labels are small wrap labels, so a millimetre matters. We print custom lip balm labels and chapstick labels for skincare brands, private-label lip care lines and handmade makers, for standard tubes, slim tubes, tins, pots and lip gloss tubes.
To size a tube label, measure the tube diameter and multiply by pi (about 3.14) to get the wrap length, then add a few millimetres of overlap if you want the label to meet itself. For the height, measure the tube body below the cap. Send us these numbers or a sample tube photo and we confirm the exact size on your free proof.
Lip balm is handled every day and carried in pockets and bags, and the product itself is oily. We use waterproof, oil-resistant film with a laminate so the print does not rub off. Clear film gives a minimal look on coloured tubes, and holographic or foil film makes a small product stand out on the shelf.
You can also add a clear tamper-evident seal over the cap, or print the ingredients on the label. The ingredient wording is your responsibility to check; we print the text you approve.

Will the print rub off in a pocket or bag?
